Maximizing Satisfaction in Group Formation

چکیده
Maximizing satisfaction in how people are grouped is problem in which, once a certain number of people are reached, it is not possible to examine all possible solutions. A number of heuristics were explored to approximate maximum satisfaction for different size teams for social and academic situations. These approximations produce sets of teams for which the predicted satisfaction is much improved over the sets of teams generated by random methods.
